One of the benefits of living in such a sex-positive city like San Francisco is that you get to see people like Annie Sprinkle perform in tiny, intimate venues on a semi-irregular basis.
At the "Herstory of Porn" she climbed into my housemate's lap (we were sitting in the front row) and buzzed her with a Hitachi Magic Wand! I've seen two shows created by Annie, and one more impromptu event thrown to benefit her after her houseboat was destroyed in a fire.
Most recently I got an original piece of art by Annie and Carol Queen at a benefit held at Good Vibrations for the St James Infimary in San Francisco.

The two images shown above are from Annie Sprinkle's Pleasure Activist Playing Card, which were produced several years ago in conjunction with Katharine Gates and Gates of Heck. Although the playing cards are currently out of print, you can get some sexy postcards produced by Annie Sprinkle and edited by Katherine Gates.
