Originally, I had wanted Mandy Flynn, who had most of the pieces on my right arm, to do the background for that arm. Then Mandy and her partner moved to Nashville, TN. More recently I received email that she is now in Austin, Texas. So.... I had Greg Kulz, who has done most of the work on my left arm, do the work as he had just finished my left arm suminagashi waves. The pattern is styled after this pattern that Roger Dean puts on cactus and rocks and all sorts of things.
